Total Body Workouts

These workouts will challenge your muscles while keeping your heart rate up. Try some of the MFit signature classes like: HIIT & Burn and Bootcamp Flow. Dumbbells or resistance bands are used in most of these workouts.

Lower Body Workouts

Want to build muscle in the lower body? Check out the workouts below. All of these leg workouts will challenge your muscles with or without equipment, but using mini bands and dumbbells will help you get even stronger.

Upper Body Workouts

Get ready to work your arms, back, chest and more. These workouts always seem like they'll be easy, but your arms will feel like jello at the end. Mini bands or dumbbells are used in almost every workout, but you can use books and other household objects if those things aren't available to you.

Cardio Workouts

Here on MFit we try to keep the cardio fun and exciting, so you will find a variety of cardio workouts below. Try HIIT for a quick workout that will leave you breathless. Try boxing and steady state cardio for a longer sweat session. Equipment is optional for most of these workouts.

Yoga, Stretching and Core
